In a charming Belgravia enclave, this Grade II listed white-stuccoed residence with portico entrance represents Georgian grandeur at its best.

Responsible for not only the design, but also the build, Oliver Burns acted as designer, development manager and main contractor for an international client on this inspiring project, solely responsible for crafting and delivering its transformation.

Set over six floors, this beautiful building required meticulous care to restore it to its former glory. Working alongside The Grosvenor Estate and specialist craftsmen, architectural features such as full-height doors and ornate plaster-work were restored and reinstated. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, an intelligent lighting control system and a lift with access to five floors ensures this classical home is as functional as it is beautiful.

Exposed brickwork and opulent period details are celebrated not concealed, providing the perfect backdrop to showcase thoughtfully curated pieces of art and sculpture. Statement lighting crafted from marble, bronze and crystal draws the eye to its grand proportions whilst bespoke furniture and joinery showcase objet d’art.
