House of Walpole is the Home of British Luxury Craftsmanship, bringing together Britain’s best luxury brands within one ultra-luxurious space at One Palace Street. The collaboration between Northacre Properties and Walpole was created to showcase and highlight British luxury within a bespoke one-off residence.

Oliver Burns was enlisted by Walpole to design the space, working with some of the most celebrated British Luxury designers to deliver our concept of ‘a love letter to the Palace Gardens’. This exquisite apartment is a contemporary response that honours the heritage of this enchanting garden in all its splendour, giving the internal space as much gravitas as the external architecture.

We have taken a thoughtful, multi-sensory approach to the brief that mixes both timeless British institutions and the new guard in a thoroughly modern way. This design goes beyond the aesthetic to reflect ‘Thoughtful Luxury’ in practice, all underpinned by The Northacre Properties Way.
