Beau House features a truly exceptional penthouse in the heart of iconic St James’s; a collaboration between Dukelease and Oliver Burns.

Designing the entrance to the building and the vast three floor penthouse, we set out to create an extraordinary home with quintessential British style; underpinned by our ethos of Thoughtful Luxury.

Drawing inspiration from the tailoring and craftsmanship associated with Jermyn Street, the design marries a rich colour palette with thoughtful detailing. Dark herringbone patterned floors reside alongside bespoke cabinetry in walnut burr, handcrafted crystal chandeliers and subtle pinstripe walls. A white Namibia marble staircase and sculptural wall leads you up to a magnificent roof terrace perfect for al fresco entertaining; a true showstopper.
