Oliver Burns Studio In Monaco
OLIVER BURNS STUDIO REFLECTS ON AN INSPIRING WEEK AT MONACO YACHT SHOW, CONNECTING WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS THROUGH EXCLUSIVE EVENTS, MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS AND NEW CONNECTIONS.
The Monaco Yacht Show has become a key event in the Oliver Burns Studio annual calendar, offering an exciting opportunity to connect with the international luxury community and engage with leading names across yachting, design, property and hospitality.
Each year, the show brings an extraordinary energy to Monaco. While yachting remains at its heart, the event has evolved beyond the traditional yachting world, becoming an important meeting point for the wider luxury sector.

For Oliver Burns Studio, the week provides an opportunity to reconnect with clients and familiar faces, meet new contacts and gain fresh perspectives from across the luxury landscape. From meetings, lunches and dinners to chance encounters at the show, private events and celebrations across Monaco, the experience is exhilarating and exhausting, but ultimately very rewarding.

This year’s highlights included reconnecting with client Lottie Geaves, attending the P3 party aboard Oceanus, joining The Circle Monaco at the beautiful UBS building, enjoying cocktails with Feadship, and joining Elite Traveler for the launch of Nikki Beach Antigua.

Thank you to everyone who hosted, extended invitations and welcomed the studio throughout the week. It was a pleasure to be part of the inspiring conversations, make meaningful connections and experience the iconic celebrations that the Monaco Yacht Show has to offer.

Reflecting in the warmth of the summer months, our theme of ‘The Quiet Luxury of Escape’ explores our desire to take a moment to retreat from the pace of modern life whether at home or abroad. We share how our designs create space for that escape, inviting our clients to slow down and reconnect with the quiet luxury of intentional rest. Over the coming weeks, we will share a series of reflections on some of the places and principles that inspire us most.

This week, we joined fellow Walpole members and some of Britain’s most respected luxury brands at the annual Walpole British Luxury Summit. A firm fixture in our calendar, this year’s programme featured an excellent and diverse range of speakers and contributors. From insights on the power of truly timeless design shared by Burberry CEO Joshua Schulman, to perspectives on how AI is shaping the customer journey from Bain & Company’s Mathilde Haemmerlé, the topics were varied, thought provoking and highly relevant.
